Dear Members and Friends,

I am honored to welcome you to our official website in the spirit of charter member and first president of the Omega Omega Chapter, Ethel Hedgeman Lyle, principal founder of Alpha Kappa Alpha. Chartered in 1926 in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania with only twenty-two devoted members, Omega Omega is now the home chapter to over 490 members.

We are committed to implementing the 2018-2022 International Program: “Exemplifying Excellence through Sustainable Service” under the direction of International President, Dr. Glenda Baskin Glover. This program consists of the following five target areas:  HBCU 4 Life; Women’s Healthcare and Wellness; Building Your Economic Legacy; The Arts; Global Impact.

The Signature Program is #CAPSM, which is the abbreviation for College Admissions Process. It is designed to assist students in their efforts to enter college by providing a hands-on approach that includes all the steps from researching various colleges to actually completing the application process.

Omega Omega continues to establish and sustain relationships with community partners. Over the past twenty-one years, we have awarded over 1.6 million dollars in scholarships and funds to community organizations and college bound students through our Annual Day of Sharing Program.

Thank you for visiting our new and improved website! Please follow us on Facebook, Twitter and Instagram to obtain information on upcoming events.
In service,

Carol Parkinson-Hall
President
